Abstract
Dr. Catherine Pagan was editor to the cookbook, Dawgs gotta eat: A cookbook for the Butler community. This cookbook was created by students in Dr. Catherine Pagan's Perspective in Leadership class. This cookbook contains a variety of recipes that were submitted by members of the Butler community.
