Abstract

The Private Academic Library Network of Indiana Inc. (PALNI) has awarded the 2019 PALNI Innovation Grant to Butler University for their proposal, Making Cultural Heritage Artifacts into 3D Digital Objects using Photogrammetry. This project aims to demonstrate that the scanning of analog materials to 3D digital objects is possible with affordable equipment and the use of open source platforms for processing and editing.
